Duties:

1. Responsible for course development and design
2. Monitor the delivery of training programmes
3. Arrange and manage teaching equipment and materials
4. Coordinate feedback from students, teachers and employers in respect of programme review
5. Assure training courses and programmes meet the requirement of the College and the funding bodies’ quality assurance mechanism
6. Develop and maintain solid and constructive relationships with different stakeholders such as funding bodies and outside partners
7. Perform other duties as assigned; and
8. Willing to work on shift.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience ;
2. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications;
4. Mature, independent and able to meet deadlines;
5. Possess business acumen, attentive with sound organizational and communication skills;
6. Hands on experience in ERB courses would definitely be an advantage.
