职位描述：

1. 向潜在客户介绍华尔街英语课程，通过开发新资源与挖掘旧资源，持续稳定地实现个人销售目标。

2. 带领4-6人的课程顾问销售团队，并与上级、同事和学员建立密切的关系，从而实现由中心总监设定的每日、每周和月度销售目标

3. 与中心总监和副总监合作，主持定期会议，提供销售培训，培养课程顾问为潜在客户设计合适课程的能力，最大程度地提高销售过程的效率。

4. 完善销售团队的学员跟进数据库，确保学员达成学习目标

5. 按时分析团队表现，在开发个人和企业客户方面以身作则

Responsibility:

1. Introduce WSE courses to potential customers and consistently achieve individual sales targets with new prospects and old contacts as your client resources.

2. Lead a sales team of 4-6 Course Consultants and achieve daily, periodic and monthly sales targets set by the Center Director. Build strong relationships with Managers, colleagues and students to reach both sales and service objectives.

3. Work with the Center Director and Deputy Center Director to lead regular meetings and provide sales trainings to Course Consultants and develop their ability to design suitable courses for potential customers and maximize the sales process efficiency of the sales team.

11. Complete Consultant's student follow-up database to ensure learning objectives are reached.

4. Analyze team performance on time and lead by example for build-up of prospect, corporate clients.

2. 3年及以上直接销售经验（有B2C销售经验优先）
