1. Manage district inspection services, process optimization, and implementation of improvement measures to achieve monthly and annual goals. To set the direction of district operations, conduct personnel management, and control district costs and other indicators.
2. Ensure district orders are arranged timely and effectively and ensure the achievement of various management goals of the district.
3. Regularly undertake onsite assessments, supervisions, visiting factories, etc. to evaluate the work of employees and staff`s performance ranking.
4. Stay in close communication with other departments' colleagues, managers, and directors. Implement the corresponding work instructions and arrangements.
5. Organize training, motivate, and implement the district employees` development.
6. Conduct a few inspection orders, guide local colleagues, and continuously improve work performance and customer satisfaction.
7. Working Location: Delhi NCR / Guangzhou

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, Engineering or Business Management degree.
2. Native Hindi speaker, fluent in English and Hindi, Chinese communication skills preferred.
3. Experience in managing a team in a large-cale enterprise.
4. Overseas experience in working in a multi-national enterprise is preferred.
5. Expeprience in Third-Party Inspection fields and quality management in manufacturing enterprises is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
Based on performance, annual income approximately USD 22,000-36,000, which includes:
1. Basic Salary
