• Anticipate the project requirements and goals into human performance capabilities
• Workforce planning, sourcing & staffing
• Oversee and supervise the mobilization & demobilization activities in line with the business needs
• Secure key talent, identify the resources via online tools, development & retention of key talent.

需求條件 / Key Requirements

• 5-8 year experience in Human Resources Generalist in industrial multinational company
• Good knowledge of key HR operations, process and practices (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent management, job grading, organization development) in matrix organizations.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Taiwanese labor law, hands-on.
