Job Description

Key Tasks

  • Ensure that all relevant HR Policies, Procedures and Guidelines are implemented and followed and meet all legislative requirements.
  • Comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforce adherence to requirements, and advise management on needed actions.
  • Develop, design, build, test, implement, maintain and enhance HRIS.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify, correct, and resolve technical problems and deficiencies.
  • Act as Project Leader for HRIS projects and upgrades.
  • Design and develop HR online process and make sure successfully implementation, and continuously improve & optimize it.
  • Develop and maintain applicable service agreements.
  • Identify, write, and implement Human Resources policies and guidelines regarding HRIS.
  • Develop training curriculum and conduct training sessions regarding HRIS.
  • Act as a key auditor to track HR master data. Run scheduled reports and create reports as needed.
  • Provide HRIS technical support, day to day data management support, end-user support on applications of system.

Educational background / Work experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HRM preferable
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources management experience in all HR fields, with 3 years in HRIS management, experience of HRIS establishment is a plus
  • Good know-how in all the primary HR processes and concepts
  • Strong background related to HRIS implementations
  • Project management and consulting experience is preferable
