• Develops Unit Cost Request Summaries (UCRS) for Asia new program
• Develops Business Case for Asia new programs and help the management team to make decisions
• Develops Business Cases for make vs. buy study, in-sourcing and other business
• Leads weekly CR/SR team meetings
• Oversees CR process and make the team on the same page
• Works with ME to determining present capacity of machines and future capacity planning
• Works with IE to develop the future capacity layout and labor scroll

• Solid finance knowledge and analysis skill;
• Good problem solving & interpersonal skill;
• Be familiar with MS office software skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
