Job Responsibilities:

This role is focused on providing costing analysis, quotation service and management to support SECP and will effectively manage and coordinate all activities related to cost, quotation and inventory for supported sites to ensure that COGS and inventory movements are analyzed and managed for timeliness, completeness and accuracy. Enable data-driven costing best-practices and advanced costing approaches. Manage and improve quotation process to diver the business improvement.

Key Accountabilities will include:

・ Lead costing team to perform manufacturing and product costing related variance reporting and KPI tracking, ad-hoc costing analysis/special projects to assist management to understand operating issues, perform monthly review, and come up with actions to follow up, track and monitor monthly performance to make sure it meets budget and cost reduction target.

・ Responsible for collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of monthly costing closing via ERP-AX. This includes driving efforts to understanding root causes of variances and establish recovery actions.

・ Develop and implement product line profitability analysis & reporting. Establish reporting structure to understand product profitability by various views (i.e. region, customer, channel, etc.)

・ Own the inventory and costing accounts on the balance sheet, conducts timely reconciliations and ensure maintenance of proper accruals and reserves.

・ Responsible for costing and quotation function across several different facilities including costing, quotation variance analysis and inventory valuation. The role will effectively manage and coordinate all activities related to cost and inventory for supported sites to ensure that COGS and inventory movements are analyzed and managed for timeliness, completeness and accuracy.

・ Assist site controller on internal control policy and procedure and profit and cash recovery projects.

・ Facilitate the GAAP reconciliation process inclusive cost accounts.

・ Coaches and trains the costing team in all aspects of the costing procedures and processes.

Job Requirements:

・ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

・ Minimum of 10 years’ progressive cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

・ Working knowledge of costing in ERP environment.

・ Strong analytical skills, self-motivated & initiative.

・ Familiar with cost accounting and practices, knowledge on export sales and IFRS preferred

・ Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization

・ Good command of spoken and written English

・ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications PowerPoint & particularly strong Excel skills involving pivot tables and macros

・ Ability to travel 20%
