职位描述

Job Description:

1. Develop piece cost and tooling estimate for assigned commodities such as Gear, Differential, Clutch Module, Accumulator etc

2. Construct and analyze manufacturing costs by reviewing sketches, blueprints, parts and functional information

3. Develop part cost analysis for forward and current model programs, identify cost opportunities and support supplier negotiations with buyers

4. Control the quality of responsible cost estimates and process discipline, manage workload to meet the programs' timing plan in supporting Ford business

5. Cost data collection/consolidation and database maintenance to improve the quality of estimates continuously

Qualifications:

1. Good understanding of one or more processes of Heat Treatment/ Forging/ Casting/ Welding/ Powder Metal/ Injection Molding/ Assembly, expertise of Machining/ Casting is preferred

2. Over 3 years related working experience. Manufacturing process engineer/ STA / Industrial Engineer experience preferred

3. Strong analytical thinking, a detail oriented approach to problem solving, strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

4. Ability to influence your own management and business partners to make right decisions

5. Take a proactive approach to work and deliver optimal results

6. Fluent English, both in speaking and writing.
