Responsibilities:

• Assist in menu costing, perform plate pull and manage POS system
• Construct analysis from POS and inventory control system
• Provide advice to restaurants in achieving their business targets
• Facilitate daily purchases and receiving process
• Oversee monthly and quarterly Food & Beverage stock take

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Business related discipline
• At least 1 year working experience preferred (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Able to handle multi-tasks effectively
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work with people at all levels
