Qualifications:

• Bachelor or college degree.
• 1-3 years experience in both domestic & international ticketing.
• Practical experience in Eterm, Galileo, or similar.
• Experience in Travel Management Company is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of travel industry products, including domestic & international

airfares, hotels booking, car rental & packages.

• Good communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proven experience in customer service and a dedication to detail.
• Ability to handle problems independently.
