Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Training
 Coordinate with Wicresoft University to implement English training programs
 Design and teach English training programs tailored to departments’ needs
 Evaluate and assist local coworkers with their pronunciation
 Assist the International Department Head with the department’s internship program
- New Hire Interviews
 Conduct interviews of potential new hires for English-speaking positions
- Translation Work
 Translate marketing material and company information from Mandarin to English and vice versa
 Edit English marketing material and company information that will be distributed to international clients and colleagues
- Company Representative
 Lead English tours of the company for visiting clients and partners and participate in meetings
 Give company presentations to visiting clients and student groups
 Serve as presenter for company events

Requirements:
• B.A. or B.S.
• Native English speaker
• Advanced Mandarin skills in speaking, reading, and writing
• Exceptional communication skills
• Leadership experience preferred
