Mission and Purpose
China is the largest national market for Audi worldwide, representing about one third of global deliveries. The task of the Corporate Planning & Strategy department is to develop long-term strategies to secure and extend the strong market position of Audi in China – in line with the global target of AUDI AG to become the No.1 premium brand worldwide.
The team also supports in the topics regional steering, general strategy and new business development, portfolio strategies, political topics, connect etc. to setup the right structures and offer the right products to serve the demand of customers in China. The department closely cooperates with AUDI AG, the Joint-Venture FAW-Volkswagen and all departments within Audi China in a cross-functional manner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Self-reliant handling of strategy projects
- Strategy definition and analysis of visionary trends and market intelligence
- Management of project quality and on schedule outputs for the assigned tasks
- Early identification and avoidance of problems
- Ensure smooth information flow towards relevant stakeholders (Volkswagen Group / Audi AG / Audi China / JV)
- Enhance effectiveness of the department by improving reliable basis for decision-making process
- Prepare communication material for internal and external presentations
Qualifications
Education Background
- Master's degree in Business Administration / Automotive Engineering / related field
Professional Skills
- 5-10 years working experience in related area
- Experience in fields of automotive business or corporate strategy highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS office( PPT, Excel)
