To conduct Code of Conduct (CoC) Audits in China and Southeast Asia
To develop acceptable Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with suppliers after CoC Audit and monitor its actual implementation
To carry out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities encompassing environment, workplace, community and market place issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets to lower corporate’s CoC risk
To study and analyze industry CSR standards and assist establishing CSR performance indicators to bring the organization in line
To assist and facilitate CoC trainings for internal staff and suppliers
To act as CSR knowledgeable person to address stakeholders’ CSR concerns
To maintain good relationship with stakeholders through the programme implementation
To attend relevant industry events
To perform ad hoc assignments upon supervisor's requests The Key Competencies:
Previous Code of Conduct audit experience within MNCs environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business heads and department leaders
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent organizational, analyzing and project skills
Data Gathering - Gathers data, analyses issues and breaks them down into their component parts. Makes systematic and rational judgments based upon relevant information.
Engages Others - Makes it easy for people to get involved in CSR activities. Fosters the long term learning and development of others in order to make CSR part of everyone’s knowledge and skill set.
Influence – Gains support for the CR agenda by persuading and convincing others. Understands others and influences them in a way that results in acceptance, agreement or behavioral change. In particular, is able to persuade people to be involved in CSR without using organizational structures.
Operational - Ensures the CSR strategy goals are met by bringing the strategy to life and building CSR into business as usual activities. Organizes and schedules events, activities and resources.
Technical Expert - Seeks to understand the technical aspects of CSR work. Continually seeks out best practice to maintain technical currency and identify new approaches to enhance programme quality continuously.
