Job Description

Our client is an International Investment management firm with significant operations and APAC HQ based in Hong Kong, currently searching for a sharp individual at Vice President level to oversee their Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services function.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all corproate accounts and services arrangements including but not limited to, Travel Agency, Airlines, Hospitality and coordinate with Headquarter for quarter and annual forecast and planning;
  • Lead and monitor softservices including mailroom, staff relocation arragement, service apartments etc;
  • Manage relevant club membership arrangements and corporate cards for senior and applicable staff;
  • Work closely with Facilities Management team for Technical repairs and maintenance or A&A/Renovation work;
  • Assist in any property/facilities management arragenment as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management/ Business Management or relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate Services or similar administrative function;
  • Hands-on exposure in liaising and negotiating with different agencies and corporate services partner;
  • Natural communicator, strong interpersonal skills.
