• Responsible for all things about the monthly global quality reports: Collect and check the quality report from per site, and summarize the full report on time. Prepare the regional report if region needs. Update the format when needed.

• Responsible for the China Quality initiatives: track the implementation status and progress of action plan.

• To share Lessons learned and good practice across Interplex site

• Play as Corporate Quality Auditor to support CQA in China Region

• Support Sites for major Concerns which esclate to China Region Quality Team

• Document control: Establish & maintain the latest controlled documents in on-line Sharepoint system Provide training to users or answer the questions on document control process.

• Support the team for other things, like update the monthly information to Baring.
