Job Description

The Business Operations Manager works collaboratively with the Global Functions Operations Director (Global Lead) to help drive the Function vision, growth strategy and innovation agenda across all global markets, services, industries & offerings.  The Functions Biz Ops Manager liaises with Network supporters and corporate functions to ensure a consistent approach for Functions operations and management globally and across all key Markets.  The Biz Ops Manager integrates across the Functions and with the Industries to drive strong connections and client value across all part of our business.

Strategic & Business Enablement:  

  • Assist the Global Lead to activate the Functions Network within all S&C practices, across all of the Markets and across all Services
  • Help the Global Lead to craft and execute against the overall vision & strategy for the Functions Network and form the internal and external-facing Cross-Functions Network narratives
  • Leverage and make available all best in class offerings and credentials working with Market Functions Leads and Market-Unit Functions Team Captains, and with Offering Development, Marketing and Research
  • Analyze key trends, opportunities and challenges in the Functions Network and assist drive Innovation and differentiation in our Functions agenda
  • Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity to provide consistent support across all the required dimensions
  • Work with Learning to ensure cross-Functions content in our CXO training and masterclass agenda
  • Assist in the relationship management and teaming with key ecosystem partners that are critical for Functions growth
  • Support & coordinate external and internal Functions initiatives (e.g., business reviews, leadership team calls, analyst relations, go to market events/conferences, ecosystem partner engagement, investment planning, campaigns & account planning)
  • Help manage and report on Functions Network MD&I allocation & V&A pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Comms globally and in market to establish/ coordinate appropriate internal community activities and an overall communication strategy to create a strong Community of Practice site, Town Halls, practice newsletters, learning boards, etc.
