Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage team work hours, coordinate overtime meals and handle facilities and IT requests as needed
- Coordinate travel for conventions and events
- Plan meetings and conference calls, including calls across multiple time zones around the globe
- Prepare written communications to internal and external contacts
- Creation of newsletters, compilation and distribution of team reports, and note taking
- Handle receipts and credit card reconciliation and create expense reports
- Organize various special meetings, team activities and special events
- Act as a liaison between multiple companies and multiple departments both internally and externally
- Conduct tours for visiting guests
- Handle other duties as needed
