Responsibilities

  • Manage team work hours, coordinate overtime meals and handle facilities and IT requests as needed
  • Coordinate travel for conventions and events
  • Plan meetings and conference calls, including calls across multiple time zones around the globe
  • Prepare written communications to internal and external contacts
  • Creation of newsletters, compilation and distribution of team reports, and note taking
  • Handle receipts and credit card reconciliation and create expense reports
  • Organize various special meetings, team activities and special events
  • Act as a liaison between multiple companies and multiple departments both internally and externally
  • Conduct tours for visiting guests
  • Handle other duties as needed
