Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of a creative learning community across the school
2. Develop a community of creative learning practice across the school, involving all departments as appropriate
3. Involve parents, and other members of the community extensively throughout the programme
4. Develop, through dialogue with the wider school community, an enquiry based approach which addresses a range of issues relevant to the broader developmental needs of the school and its learners and is linked to the school improvement plan
5. Act as a facilitator in school, able to translate the school’s vision for creative learning into practical implementation to take overall responsibility for programme management, delegating extensively across the school community and ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly understood by all
6. Coordinate meetings and activities with school staff and other stakeholders
7. Support an ethos of openness, initiative and professionalism, recognising the contribution of staff members individually and collectively
Requirements:
1. Must be native English speaker.
2. Must have graduated from an internationally recognized institution, master degree preferred.
3. Must have either a teaching certificate, or a TEFL qualification; major in physics, mathematics or computer is preferred.
4. Experiences of administration especially in curriculum planning in international school is a plus.
5. Be familiar with A level Course system is a plus.
6. Stay optimistic and positive to handle teachers and students.
7. Good command of office software.
8. Be able to obtain a Chinese working visa and work permit( Age limit for hiring in China is 58)
