As a Controlling & Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for CNABB/CNABI treasury related work, in Global Business Services Business Area in Beijing, China.

Reporting to the Controlling & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for statistic and customs reporting to local government authorities.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for CNABB/CNABI treasury related work
• Managing the company fixed assets, organizing CNABB/CNABI FA physical count annually
• Assigning tasks of CNABB/CNABI month end closing
• Assigning reporting of CNABB/CNABI both ABACUS and PRC
• Being responsible for statistic and customs reporting to local government authorities
• Being responsible for managing ad-hoc projects

Your background

• 10 years of experience, including 3 years in an international company
• Strong communication skill in English and Chinese
• Sound knowledge on SAP and MS-office
• Familiar with USGAPP & PRC GAPP reporting guideline
• Military / Police graduate, bachelor’s degree with relevant studies or similar professional background in consultancy
• Independent and strong self- motivation
