?Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting Finance Manager to oversee the accounting procedures, Internal Controls (implementing, monitoring, enhancing), and database management (Khalix) for PSG in Tianjin.
• Responsible for month end closing processes. Submit all financial transactions and reporting on time and accurately
• Responsible for all balance sheet reconciliations and cleaning.
• Responsible for ensuring that all accounting policies and procedures are properly followed for implementation in the monthly closing.
• Responsible for assisting Finance Manager to implement and monitor internal controls in PSG Tianjin. All internal controls must be in compliance with Dover Corporate and Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) standards
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget including; providing detailed budget information to individual departments, answering questions, and generally overseeing the completion of the annual budget process including income, expense, and capital expenditures
• Participate in audits including; internal, external, tax
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA and/or MBA desirable
• 5 + years Finance / Controllership roles, rich experience in accounting controls or general accounting
• High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Good communication skills with Fluent English
