1. Budget/ Forecast Consolidation
Work with functions and reporting team to prepare, review and submit yearly budget.
Work with functions and reporting team to prepare, review and submit quarterly corporate forecast.
Prepare and review monthly rolling forecast of functions to ensure forecast accuracy.
Various analysis of budget and forecast, including waterfall, YOY analysis, project analysis, team analysis, etc.
Review and approve ePR raised by functions.
Continuously improve business process on project basis
Ad-hoc financial support to functions for various issues.
2. JV Billing
Prepare quarterly JV billing charge report for CJLR finance
Arrange review meeting with CJLR finance, HR, IT departments for JV billing agreement
Lead on JV billing system check
Follow up on invoicing, payment process
3 SE Month End
Finish month-end SE accrual and make variance analysis vs. latest official forecast / budget
Prepare & consolidate monthly SE spending report
Prepare month-end SE variance report and update with reporting & accounting team
Prepare SE rolling forecast template, consolidation of month actual
Consolidate rolling forecast reporting, and analyze opportunities and risk
Prepare Capex status and make rolling forecast of Capex
Prepare quarterly SE disclosure to UK for finance reporting. (ageing & Purchase commitment)
Update status of Capex delivery, and finish quarterly capex accrual
Check and clear outstanding GRIR and work out quarterly report
Quarterly confirm service delivery and accrual clearance
4 SE Monthly Report & Other Ad-hoc
Prepare E-tracking on a daily basis
Prepare monthly IMSS deck and rolling project spending details, Travel, HC for management review.
Prepare monthly headcount report, and make month over month analysis
Check UK cross charge on monthly basis and chase the reconciliation.
Billing UK ISE Salary charge in cooperation with Tax & Accounting Team
Weekly check VSV due case, get approval, and then send project list to EY VSV team.

Skills, experience and qualifications required:
1. 4-year bachelor degree majored in finance related
2. Solid accounting knowledge
3. SAP experience and HFM experience
4. Good sense of process improvement, internal control and compliance procedures
5. Strong communication skills
6. Fluent written and oral English
7. 5+ years working experiences in accounting
8. Willing to take challenge and pressure
