Job Description
Position Purpose & Summary职位设置目的&概要:
Responsible for Nantong / Machong / Yangjiang / Huanghua port business execution, supply chain execution and other daily work (including procurement and sales). Responsible for reviewing and signing port contracts and supply chain contracts, issuing port cargo entry and exit documents, checking and settling port charges and supply chain charges such as loading and unloading, storage and trunking; responsible for tracking the logistics and inventory information of soybean meal, oil, grain distribution and shipment, making and maintaining logistics execution reports, and assisting in establishing and optimizing the business process.
负责南通/麻涌/阳江/黄骅地区的港口商务执行，供应链执行等日常工作(包括采购和销售)。负责协助审核及签订港口合同、供应链合同，开具港口货物进出场单证，核对和结算装卸、堆存、包干等港口费用及供应链费用；负责豆粕、油品、谷物的配送发运的物流和库存信息的追踪，制作和维护物流执行报告，协助建立和优化业务流程。
Principal Accountabilities主要职责:
70% :
1) Responsible for checking and settling port handling, storage, supply chain execution and other costs, apply for invoice and mail to customers, and timely follow-up feedback and account information of customer and freight forwarder to Commercial.
负责港口装卸、堆存、供应链执行等费用的核对和结算，申请开具及邮寄发票给客户，并及时跟进及反馈客户货代的账款信息给商务。
2) issuing port cargo entry and exit documents in time according to customer's requirements, and transmitting the documents to port in time to ensure the smooth completion of customer's unloading/picking; after the completion of unloading/picking, collecting all data and filing all written documents
根据客户需求及时开具港口货物的进场、出场单证，并把单据及时传递给港口，确保客户卸/提货的顺利完成；卸/提货完成后，汇总统计各项数据，存档所有书面单据。
3) Update the implementation report of port's inbound and outbound goods in time every day, improve the port database, and provide the necessary data such as monthly report in time.
每日及时更新港口进货、出货的执行报表，完善港口数据库，及时提供月报等所需各项数据。
4) Timely reminding the expiration of port commercial contracts and supply chain contracts, checking the compliance of contract versions and terms, and signing and archiving contracts.
定时提醒港口商务合同、供应链合同的到期情况，审核合同版本、合同条款的合规性，签订并存档合同。
5) Responsible for tracking the inventory data of oil, cereals, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and soybean husk in Jiangsu logistics and external storage, and making and maintaining the relevant business execution reports and databases
负责油脂、谷物、豆粕、菜粕和豆皮的上江物流库存及外库的库存数据追踪，制作并维护相关业务的执行报表和数据库。
6) Responsible for the management of oil distribution and inbound and outbound of warehouses, maintain communication with relevant departments such as external warehouse/business/supply chain, track logistics inventory information, and prepare and maintain execution reports in a timely manner.
负责油品配送和外库的出入库管理，和外库/商务/供应链等相关部门保持沟通，跟踪物流库存信息，及时制作并维护执行报表。
7) Maintain SMS system, confirm customer's delivery status with shipping agent, ensure that our company's cargo flow information and inventory data are accurate
维护SMS系统，与船代确认客户的提货情况，确保我司货物流向信息和库存数据准确。
8) Responsible for TABBI warehouse management and inventory checking, maintain communication with business/supply chain/customers, track logistics inventory information, assist customers to take delivery of goods, and prepare and maintain execution reports in a timely manner
负责TABBI的出入库管理和库存核对，和商务/供应链/客户等保持沟通，跟踪物流库存信息，协助客户提货,及时制作并维护执行报表。

8) Responsible for TABBI warehouse management and inventory checking, maintain communication with business/supply chain/customers, track logistics inventory information, assist customers to take delivery of goods, and prepare and maintain execution reports in a timely manner
负责TABBI的出入库管理和库存核对，和商务/供应链/客户等保持沟通，跟踪物流库存信息，协助客户提货,及时制作并维护执行报表。
20%:
Able to fully and independently master the daily work of the post, independently solve 80% of the daily business problems能够全面独立掌握本岗位的日常工作，独立解决80%及以上日常业务中出现的问题。

Qualifications

教育背景：College degree大学学历
工作经验：1 or 2 years in the crushing, grain and oilseeds industry and work as an execution.
1-2年在压榨,谷物和油籽行业的执行工作经验

Professional proficiency: able to operate office software and Company-related systems, master all responsibility-related execution processes in their own parts of the operation
