Job Description
- Process account opening documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Maintain customer database and filing system
- Handle document imaging and provide operation support to branches and others departments
- Participate and support in various system enhancement and ad hoc projects
- Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 1 year’s clerical experience, preferably in banking industry
- Self-motivated, independent and attentive to details with good interpersonal skill
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Conversant with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
