The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is a statutory body established by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2008, responsible for developing the West Kowloon Cultural District.
Job title: Administration Officer (Contract)
Department: Corporate Administration
Duration: 12 months
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui – China Hong Kong City
You will be responsible for:
- participating in development and implementation of corporate policies and guidelines;
- liaising with user departments on record management /information management;
- maintaining the corporate intranet and keep the appropriate content up-to-date;
- coordinating staff events including corporate social activities and formal/informal meetings;
- overseeing the outsourced travel management solution and monitor compliance to the travel policies;
- supporting department budget planning and ongoing monitoring on expenditure; and
- providing overall administration on company vehicle related matters.
You should possess:
- a tertiary education from a recognised institution; qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage;
- good knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles;
- a minimum of 3 years solid experiencein office and general administration from a sizable organization;
- good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system preferable;
- good interpersonal skills and able to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal staff and external contacts at all levels; and
- good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
