职位描述:

As a Content Policy Manager for Bytedance, you will draft, apply, and communicate our content policies for users and internal stakeholders of our short-form video platforms. You will help scale the organizational capacity of our content policy team.

This is a full-time position located in our Beijing HQs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1、Craft content policies for a global community on Bytedance platforms；
2、Collaborate with Global Public Policy, Product, Operations, Legal, and Public Relations teams to improve content policies；
3、 Help interpret and implement content policies externally and internally；
4、 Act as a global escalation point of contact and respond to emergency content safety-related cases；
5、Help build a high-performing team.
职位要求:
1、Bachelors degree in Public Policy or Law related field;
2、 5+ years of experience in policy, policy enforcement, or public policy, specifically regarding technology/social media/content;
3、Experience with international Internet/social media/content issues;
4、 Experience working at a tech company;
5、Proficiency in Mandarin, or a second language.
