工作职责:

1.Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, infographics, etc.). 构建和管理新媒体内容体系和编辑日历，吸引目标群体（包括博客文章、白皮书、电子书、报告、信息图表等）

2.Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone. 站在优化SEO的角度编辑内容；通过内容分类化和结构化，促进内容的开发、传播，使其保持与我们的品牌风格和基调一致；

3.Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed. 管理编辑各数位内容的日曆和组织工作流程；

4.Channel management of digital content hubs including email / newsletter distribution. 负责数字内容渠道管理，包括电子邮件、新闻稿分发；

5.Measurement and optimization of the content will be required on a regular and ongoing basis负责持续对內容进行测量和优化；

6.Coordinate with all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel负责与所有创意资源沟通整合，包括设计师，文案和其他机构人员

7.Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand. 负责内容与品牌活动的整合，满足提升品牌的需求。

任职资格:

1.Experience creating content for the web and growing visitors有网络博客写作和促进用户增长内容的经验；

2.Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it了解受众需求，编辑相关内容；

3.Ability to analyze and present content and social performance具备分析和呈现内容及社会表现的能力；

4.Experience with wordpress, Google analytics, and the oversea social channels (optional) 有使用过wordpress、Google分析、和海外社交渠道的经验 (非必要要求)

5.Project management skills and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales有项目管理的能力，并能将目标转化为潜在用户，促进销售的能力

6.English Level: CET６ 英文CET６级及以上

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, Public Relations or related field. 数字营销、市场营销、传播、公关或相关专业毕业
