Job Description
1) To deal with the after-sales problems of overseas users, quickly locate the user's problems, and give professional and efficient solutions;
2) To deal with all kinds of difficult problems of customers, good at listening, effectively resolve customer complaints emotional, have the ability to risk prediction, through effective means can be in advance to prevent risk or front to solve the problem;
3) Excellent service skills and service consciousness, in solving the user's problem at the same time, can make the user feel warm;
4) from the customer experience and demand, to provide customers with solutions while analyzing and summarizing the product and process issues, to promote the enhancement of improvement, enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above, good communication record, expression ability, responsibility and self-learning ability, as well as the willingness to constantly improve themselves, and constantly accept new challenges. ;
2) Any one of the following languages to reach B2/specialized four and above: Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Czech, Greek, Dutch, Finnish, Romanian, Danish, Irish, Filipino, Norwegian, Malay, Magyar, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Estonian, Latvian, Croatian, Lithuanian, Zulu;
3) Posts for the middle shift and evening shift shift, can accept the night shift and shift preferred
