工作内容:
1. Category Insight Partnership - Skincare métier in L’Oreal R&I China
In the field of cosmetics and skin care related topics, conducting consumer & market research plan (about the consumer needs, products and the existing service, innovation territories and trends, qualitative exploratory study and strategic quantitative market research), identify consumer insight and share with internal customers, to ensure that the appropriate consumer thinking in the product innovation strategy.
- Conduct & coordinate CMI studies, collect existing info / data to input research plan; contribute to data analysis in order to identify meaningful consumer insights and unmet needs for new innovation opportunities;
- (with guidance from line manager), carry out insight analysis (synthesis) for skin category topics, focusing on the trends, consumer segments and different expectations, market analyses and competitive intelligence so as to define a vision of the priorities for innovation.
- Help the R&I innovation working team by sharing with them relevant consumer insights to input each innovation project. Jointly define the project objective & road map with thinking of consumer relevance. Evaluate the potential of new innovation ideas or technologies leveraging CMI knowledge and tools.
- Promote a genuine consumer culture in the skin & R&I team
2. Application Domain Partnership – assigned skincare topic across country
Working with line-manager to partnership with the global application domain
- Collect info, synthesis and help prepare relevant deck
- Conduct topic based studies to facilitate the info need
- Daily cross country communication with working team
3. CMI Tool Management – Big data Prediction tool (for Skincare and Make up)
Monitor and analyze early signal of trending cosmetic products online, via the existing CMI big data prediction tool.
- Tool management and daily communicate with agency
- Deliver quarterly dashboard independently
(with help from line manager):
- Summarize trend observation and and evolvement for trend from the predicted products.
- Arrange sharing event to curate and engage lab partners in China and across countries.
应聘条件:
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE & SKILLS
- Have foundational knowledge about market & consumer research, necessary knowledge and exposures on common research methodologies and tools;
- Good thinking capability with logic and consumer empathy, can dig out data and drive insight analysis. Have ability to triangulate data from different sources of information / reports and distill messages;
- Experience related with digital tools, big data is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years working experiences as in house researcher OR at research agency side, has enough practices and necessary skills to manage a CMI research project independently with limited supervision from line manager
- Committed to work and can drive results on time in full; Pay attention to details;
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, writing in a business context;
- Basic networking & social skills; willing and can connect with different internal function teams to share insights and discuss projects / topics; Strong enough to take challenges and confrontations;
