Job Description
As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Serves in a first line management role. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the work activities and staff of a Service Line consulting practice, while also maintaining individual utilization goals. Supports Market Management and License Sales efforts involving delivery from his/her Service Line. Manages client relationships and is responsible for the quality of Consulting services delivered by his/her service line.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or Business or equivalent. Balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills and operational management experience. Typically has 2 year of experience as lead/senior consulting engagement assignments and 6 years in delivery of consulting service in either a technical or functional capacity. Can lead, engage, mobilize and motivate multiple teams to accomplish goals. Willing to travel regionally with some national/international travel.
