Responsible for driving projects with base line deviation from a reactive point of view, projects that are under risk of cancellation, postponement and which might bring impacts to our product image; Responsible for driving projects with medium and high complexity levels from a proactive point of view, by reaching out to our support, guideline and approach validation, where the consulting firm responsible for the implementation phase has the ability to reach project´s success where our products are accelerated in usage. These activities are based on: - Attendance on weekly status and executive meetings; - Project plan review and follow-up with responsible consulting firm; - Support mitigation on risks and issues identification process; Functional support eventual search process whenever an issue/doubt has been raised by the consulting firm; - Executive relationship level, being a “trusted advisor” at our customer; - Ability to navigate at all customer´s hierarchical levels; - Pre-requisites: Strong skills on project management for medium and high complexity level projects; - Strong skills on crisis management; - Strong skills on team leadership; - Knowledge on project methodologies; - At least 10 years of project management experience; - Easiness on executive relationship at our customer, by pursuing to be their trusted advisor; - Good navigation process at all customer´s hierarchical levels; - Guarantee that project is delivered on time and expected quality raised by customer; - Reach out for installed base´s sustaining process, by avoiding any kind of impact on our product´s image; - Reach out for a successful executive relationship, becoming customer´s trusted advisor; - Reach out for team´s leadership recognition.

Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.
8-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Prior project team leadership or management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.
