Marketing & Sales as well as Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation:

• Be part of the global extended leadership team of S&BC
• Lead and develop consultants in accordance with S&BC strategy and objectives
• Collaborate with top management in Bayer's divisions and corporate functions in projects and within the strategic planning cylce
• Lead as resource manager (m/f/d) a group of management consultants
• Provide expertise for management consulting projects in functional strategy, digital- or substainability-driven transformations, and/or
  new ways of working
• Facilitate the strategic planning cycle by defining the Board's strategic agenda and preparing strategic discussions on corporate level
• Be accountable for the planning, controlling and operational management of international and cross-functional projects supported by S&BC
• Further develop consulting expertise for the Business Transformation department
• Contribute to further development and implementation of S&BC strategy
• Recruit and plan allocation in consultation with the department head
• Head large implementation initiatives

WHO YOU ARE

• An inspired and open-minded character with a consulting spirit and an excellent university degree in business studies, psychology, natural science, medicine, pharmacology or engineering
• Multiple years of work experience in one of our focus areas, ideally some years of experience in top-tier consultancy firms
• Proven track record of leadership experience, especially with regard to people development and demonstration of strategic mindset
• High ability to work in an international and dynamic environment
• Strategic thinker with a passion to innovate
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented person
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with top management
• International work experience and experience with working in an international, multi-cultural environment
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Excellent command of English; German or a further language would be an advantage
