Consultant electro-engineering in Assembly Shop in automotive sector with focus on electrical and control standard management and steering

Your tasks:

• Training, checking and consulting of the TMO version 3 standard by automotive sector.

• Definition of the electrical concept and/or structure.

• Definition of the Conveyor/Equipment electrical layout.

• Proposal/select bidders for the Bidder List, create Bidder List Application.

• Call for tender according to the company standard.

• Bid Evaluation based on the RFQ requests, compare able Technology and Cost clarification.

• Create Purchase Requisition, and Technical Supplier Recommendation.

• Handover of the Bid Preparation to the Purchasing Department.

• Review of the Supplier's Design and Design Approval.

• Review the Supplier's manufacturing.

• Performing the Pre Acceptance on Supplier's site.

• After delivery supervision of the Electrical installation according to company standards and official rules.

• Supervision of the Technical Function Test, Commissioning and Common Function

• Tests.

• Organizing and performing the Conveyor/Equipment Hand over Process.

• Ensure the SOP and support the Production Ramp Up.

• Perform the Availability- and Capacity-Tests with all participants.

• Run the Final Acceptance process.
  

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical or business degree and experience in factory planning or the execution of electro-engineering and assembly processes in the automotive industry

• Profound experience with the analysis and optimization of electro-engineering planning

• Project management experience

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Business fluent in English

• Willingness to national business travel
