We aim at delivering technical consultancy to developers, financiers, governments, councils and other relevant bodies on the development of low-carbon, climate change and sustainability solutions in the East Asia region from front end project development to project planning and design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sustainability plans and formulate sustainable and climate resilient strategies for projects at various level from city, community to building
• Develop frameworks, strategies and measurement tools under various areas including resources (energy/water/waste), environment, mobility, economy, living, governance and people
• Conduct statistical analysis, research and studies related to sustainable city and resilient city development
• Report and proposal writing, formulate and develop business and skills in the area of carbon, sustainability and climate change in Hong Kong and East Asia region

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Industrial or related engineering discipline
• Candidates with Master or Doctoral Degree along with cross-disciplinary knowledge will be an advantage
• Solid research or project experience in the field of climate change, resource infrastructure, environmental economics or related field are highly preferable
• Relevant experience in tackling projects that cross the boundaries between the traditional engineering and other disciplines such as urban planning, economics, environmental science, social science will be an advantage
• At least 6 years of experience for the position of Consultant, 3 years of experience for the position of Assistant Consultant
• Strong research and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and think critically
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Occasional business travel as and when required
