Consultants are the organization's core resources and are key members of the practice teams serving as subject matter experts. Performs business analysis and promotes applications. Writes detailed weekly status reports and small-scale project plans. Works well independently and functions effectively in a team environment. Interprets and defines complex business problems. Interacts with clients and manages client expectations. Recognizes barriers to productivity and knows when and how to escalate. Provides high quality delivery of project tasks and maintains a high level of billable utilization. Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred.
