What to expect

• As project consultant, you will be deeply involved in develop and implement our OCE solution to enable fact-based management for senior executives, sales force leadership, marketing, and commercial/distribution management in the pharmaceutical and related industries client.
• A typical day may involve:
• Presentation development, client meetings, and proposal writing.
• Review and analyse client problems/requirements, contribute to the development of wining solutions for clients.
• Lead or support phases of client projects of various size and complexity.
• Support in OCE local project design and implementation.
• Participate in analytical projects – might involve basic statistical concepts.
• Provide project leadership & contribute to practice knowledge building efforts.

Our ideal candidate: Essential experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. MBA prefer.
• 5+ years of related experience. Consulting experience highly valued.
• Rich experiences in project delivery including not limited in design and implementation CRM system projects. With Sales Force and projects in pharmaceutical industry highly valued.
• Good communication skills & management experience

Software development skills (Understand):

o Salesforce.com solution, architecture

o Executive, sales force, and brand management dashboard design and implementation
