Responsibilities:

Manage projects from design concept to construction completion. Overall planning & assembly of construction activities in all phases of the project
Understand design to ensure its implementation
Take part and conduct meetings, presentations with clients
Communicate with clients and understand their needs and expectations
Follow the construction, coordinate with general contractors as well as other suppliers
Source and Identify the appropriate suppliers for each project
Carry out efficient control on cost change orders occurred on site;
Overall planning & assembly of project design and bidding phases.
Ensure that deliverables and plans meet construction standards
Manage team to match projects’ timeline

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, HVAC or other related majors
At least 15 years’ project management experience

工作职责:

对项目全过程各阶段的工程档案管理进行统筹规划；
对施工现场发生的费用变更进行有效的管理；
对项目的设计阶段、招标阶段进行统筹规划。

职位要求:

本科以上学历，土木工程，结构等相关专业
15年以上项目管理经验
有商业办公楼和深基坑施工经验
一级注册建造师或注册结构师
中级工程师及以上
熟练掌握Microsoft office 软件
