Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of international and Chinese standards and codes
• Proficient in applicable software of word, excel, etc.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Excellent team-work spirit

Requirement:

• +18 years construction management work experience
• Experience in CM in foreign engineering company is a must
• Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures
• Lead and conduct time schedule for construction related task
• Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems
• Support design engineering phase of projects
• Mechanical or Electrical background is prefer but not compulsory
• Good English communication skill
