Key Tasks:

• Define construction needs and execute tendering process (if required)

• Provide project management during the construction phase, including timing, budgeting, quality control, information sharing, organization, and communication development.

• Manage third party construction firms, if engaged in construction process

• Coordinate external and internal project team activities, including CRE as needed.

• Further develop relationships with preferred landowners, developers, partners and external consultants.

• Provide construction risk assessment for the BCA process

• Drive construction project management

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with parties to the development process

• Share best practices and act as an advisor to RES team on construction topics

• Being able to prioritize what needs to be done soonest, (in terms of minutes, money, and materials)

• Able to devise strategies that are specific to a particular project and tailored to a unique group of individuals.

Qualifications:

• Relevant University degree with Architect or Civil Engineering preferred

• Membership in Professional Real Estate/Finance Institutions preferred

• Minimum 10 years of relevant Commercial Real Estate experience (Developer, Property Leasing Agencies, Brokers, large corporations In-House Real Estate Specialist, Contractors)

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience (staff or vendor leadership)

• Bilingual (written & speaking): English/ Spanish
