Supervision of construction teams according to the standard construction, to ensure safe production, civilized construction. Comprehensive and reasonable, effective implementation of the program, to maintain the safety and effectiveness of the construction site.

监督施工队按规范施工，确保安全生产、文明施工。全面合理、有效实施方案，保持施工现场安全有效

Assist in the preparation of the design task book, audit and cross connection, the effect of the decoration cost control;

协助进行设计任务书编制、审核及横向联络，装修成本的效果控制

Assist in project tracking, drawing review, material process identification

协助进行项目跟踪、图纸初审、材料工艺甄别

Qualifications & Academic Preferences

Interior design and decoration related professional college degree or above, intermediate or above professional title;

室内设计及装潢相关专业专科以上学历，中级以上职称

5 years or above working experience in construction and decoration company, with experience in interior and exterior design and renovation project management;

5年以上建筑、装饰公司同等岗位工作经验，具备大中型的室内外设计装修项目管理经验

Familiar with the national and local electrical and mechanical, fire professional construction, acceptance of the technology and characteristics

熟悉国家和地方关于机电、消防专业的施工、验收的技术和特点

Proficient in the renovation of construction technology and decoration materials, familiar with the tooling construction process, with rich experience in the construction and installation of the site management and flexible strain capacity, can independently complete the project management tasks.

精通装修施工工艺及装修材料、熟悉工装施工流程，具有丰富的工装现场施工管理经验和灵活的应变能力，能独立完成项目的管理任务

Good organization and coordination skills, familiar with Auto CAD, Inventor, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and other computer software

具备良好的组织协调能力，熟练掌握AutoCAD、Inventor, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop等电脑软件

Familiar with decorative materials and construction technology, to understand the application of various types of decoration materials market, cost-effective;

熟悉装饰材料及施工工艺，了解市场各类装修材料的应用，性价比

Registered supervision engineer or architect is preferred.
