What you will be doing:

• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Maximise all opportunities to up-sell hotel products and services
• Preparing proposals, contracts and invoices
• Maintain an accurate and up to date conference database of key contacts / clients for the hotel
• Conduct hotel site inspections, hosting families.
• Network selling across the Accor portfolio.

Your experience and skills include:

• An ambitious and passionate individual
• Proven and demonstrated track record of sales
• Ability to identify and achieve up-selling opportunities
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills
• Goal orientated to achieve strong KPIs
• Strong knowledge of event management software, Opera, Microsoft Office
• Terrific time management and organisational skills.
