Compliance Assistant & Operation Executive (Ref: FSHK-CO-02)

Job Descriptions

1. Assist in day-to-day compliance matters, conducting CDD/KYC in line with regulations and AML/CTF activities;
2. Perform other compliance tasks, including but not limited to regulatory monitoring, risk assessments, controls evaluation and testing, reporting, etc.;
3. Effective implementation of operational procedures to be complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements;
4. Handle daily operational matters from the sales teams and provide support to the teams;
5. Support operation duties e.g. policy document checking, POS handling, system update and maintain good record keeping of materials;
6. Assist in other assignments or ad hoc duties whenever necessary.

Requirement

1. University/College graduate
2. Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in finance or securities industry;
3. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a privilege;
4. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office;
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure;
