Job Description:
Being wholly responsible for the management of the Discord community.
Helping to grow the Discord community and nurture it.
Engage and manage both Moderators and Community members.
Appoint and trainin moderators.
Managing the layout and organization of the Discord server.
Measure the performance and success of community efforts to increase their engagement and reach.
Maintain the pulse check on the community and brand sentiment.
Strengthen and promote community guidelines in partnership with moderators to foster an inclusive, safe environment for everyone.
Cooperate with partner servers.
Organize and host contests, streams, and other events.

Skill Requirements: (base Shanghai)
Interest in IoT gaming, or a relevant space.
At least 1-2 years of discord management experience.
Experience in onboarding and training Discord Moderators.
Robust understanding of Discord server moderation and community growth practices.
Ability to derive insight from Discord tools and turn it into action.
Knowledge of online communities platforms including Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Reddit.
Great written communication skills (your main communication channel will be written).
A positive can-do attitude, open to new and unexpected challenges.
