Job Description
职位描述:
1. Coordinate and organize international/inter-departmental cooperation on community content ecosystem and safety-related strategic projects;
2. Manage projects, coordinate resources, ensure projects' progression, and follow up on output and results;
3. Proactively seek for potential risks and problems of products/projects and allocate internal and external resources for their tracking and resolution;
4. Conduct in-depth analysis of product content ecosystem and provide judgments and suggestions on the improvement of the product's operations.
职位要求:
1. 3-5 years of working experience, with 1-3 years of experience in project management. Team management experience is preferred;
2. Strong communication skills and team spirit;
3. Strong logical thinking and coordination skills and the ability to push things forward. Attention to details;
4. Advanced communication skills in English and the ability to cope with stress; Strong self-motivation.
