As a Communications Specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing an effective digital strategy in line with the brand and PA business to enhancing brand awareness, in Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, China.
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identify trends and insights, monitor execution and evaluate digital communication result.
Your responsibilities
- Benchmarking digital marketing programs against competitive and ever evolving landscape to new practices in the industry
- Staying ahead of online media technology, internet affiliate, and social network marketing and digital marketing agencies keeping up to date on the latest news and trends on the industry
- Creating synergies between online and offline channels when needed. Providing digital guidance to local Divisions and supervise on usage, including but not limited to group tools, social media platform etc
- Leveraging WeChat, Weibo and other emerging social media channels, to spread the PA’s message to targeted customers
- Tracking of social performance, analysis and optimization. Maintenance of activities, engagements and fans interactions on social
- Asset creation of visuals, videos or others with various concept, angles and formats to achieve different objectives
- Supporting digital campaign with idea generation, campaign planning and social content production, digital. Liaising and communicating with local Divisions implementing social media-related projects to improve user journey and experience
- Supporting local Divisions on internal news, employee newsletter and organization announcement update
Your background
- 3-year experience in digital marketing and social media
- Sound understanding and strong expertise in online media
- Experience in online marketing and management is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere is plus
- A bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills
