Job Description
Responsibility:
- Provide value added support in business matters (e.g. communication, document flow and coordination) of Great China to perform his duties in most effective and productive manner;
- Maintain communication with other departments (such as Retail, Marketing, Finance , HR, etc.), dealers and VIP customers, external agencies, on management issues;
- Coordinate and manage monthly management meetings, align with business units, and follow up on agreed upon activities;
- Support in business trips and negotiations, with before and after information clarification and translation;
Requirements:
- University degree or above;
- Fluent English in writing and speaking;
- Work experience in multinational companies, solid experience on coordination and administration;
- prefer high-end hotel and luxury company background.
Specific Knowledge
- Effective communication and the willing to succeed in a team environment;
- Excellent customer-service awareness,self-motivated,extremely well-organized and ;
- Outspoken, friendly, outgoing, extroverted and responsible;
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint applications;
- Strong ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to take the initiative and maintain an excellent follow-up and reminder system.
