Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Provide value added support in business matters (e.g. communication, document flow and coordination) of Great China to perform his duties in most effective and productive manner;
  • Maintain communication with other departments (such as Retail, Marketing, Finance , HR, etc.), dealers and VIP customers, external agencies, on management issues;
  • Coordinate and manage monthly management meetings, align with business units, and follow up on agreed upon activities;
  • Support in business trips and negotiations, with before and after information clarification and translation;


Requirements:

  • University degree or above;
  • Fluent English in writing and speaking;
  • Work experience in multinational companies, solid experience on coordination and administration;
  • prefer high-end hotel and luxury company background.


Specific Knowledge

  • Effective communication and the willing to succeed in a team environment;
  • Excellent customer-service awareness,self-motivated,extremely well-organized and ;
  • Outspoken, friendly, outgoing, extroverted and responsible;
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint applications;
  • Strong ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to take the initiative and maintain an excellent follow-up and reminder system.
