Job Description
Our client is a multinational consultancy, a leading provider of safety and compliances services (headquartered in the UK with three global offices). This role will report to the Managing Director of APAC (also based in HK) and plan the sales and customer service activities to both existing and new clients.
Job responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage the sales and marketing activities
- Provide a standard level of customer service to allow better understanding of client needs and opportunities
- Work with a global team that will be a resource to support the business developments efforts
- Sales management - lead generation, sales process, conferences and events, training
- Marketing management - website, social media, promotions, newsletters and announcements
- CRM management - maintenance and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in a Commercial role, preferably business development and management
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Demonstrates high level of business acumen
- High-energy level, ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed.
