Under general direction of China Country Manager, the Commercial Operation Manager is responsible for driving commercial operation excellent to create a better customer experience, make it really easy to buy our products & solution, improve operational efficiency and control the commercial risk.Critical features of this job are described under the headings below. 1. Manage China commercial operation team to support to achieve service sales target & annual target
2. Optimize commercial operation process to improve efficiency and reduce commercial risk
3. Manage sales diversion and get necessary approval as request
4. Manage SAP/Oracle for order booking, and manage lead time and invoicing etc.
5. Manage local purchase especially localized products
6. Work closely with EHS officer to manage NDC China EHS

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operation. Service operation background is preferred.
2. Experience in sales & service support, familiar with Incoterm, Import & Export for custom clearing
3. Experience in SAP and/or Oracle, familiar with EHS is preferred
4 3-year experiences in team manager, excellent interpersonal skill including team working skill and good communication skills etc.
4. Familiar with risk management of sales diversion
5. Ability to communicate using English and local language
6. Ability to conduct business with high ethical practices, this shall be well-educated.
7. LEAN experiences is preferred
