As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for leading the LPG Service and Packaging commercial team to achieve related target, be responsible for risk management, internal control order-to-cash (O2C) and project controlling, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China ensuring the processes are in line with group risk review policy.

Reporting to the Business Controller, you will review tendering process & offer commercial support for tendering.

Your responsibilities

• Driving the achievement of Operating cash flow (OCF) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Overdues target for LPG. Supporting business controller and manager to achieve the business target
• Leading risk review application and management helping sales and PM on the analysis of the risk exposure in the contract if needed
• Supporting projects throughout their life cycle (tender to project closed), forecasting & monitoring (especially Cash, Revenues & Costs) target
• Supporting process enhancement and ad-hoc analysis
• Supervising SOX, internal and external audit to ensure the O2C process comply with ABB policy
• Looking at opportunities to improve current process, for both effectiveness and simplify, remove the barriers to execution
• Caring for team colleagues and the business and enhancing peoples’ competencies
• Providing necessary coaching and feedback to team member for their performance improvement

Your background

• Sound knowledge and understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions
• A good understanding of project risk analysis
• Good at Microsoft Software - Excel, PPT etc.
• A bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Law, International trade related
• Fluency in English
• Strong collaboration, attention to details, communication, team leadership, people development skills
