This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Improve the bidding management system and standardize the bidding documents.
- Compiling and establishing the bidding management system.
- Periodically modify and improve the bidding management system.
- Conduct comprehensive and comprehensive analysis of the project after bidding.
- Improve the bidding archive.
- Organize the analysis and comparison of regional quote and relevant bidding documents and establish corresponding database.
- Collect bidding data of competitors and conduct collation and analysis.
- Classify the bidding projects and summarize the basic data.
- Preliminary work preparation for item R bid, analysis of bid documents and preparation of project bid assignment.
- Analyze the bidding documents.
- Prepare the bidding document.
- Communicate and coordinate with Party A on questions in bidding.
- Organize and participate in on-site Q&A.
- Organize material price searching, prepare bidding cost and quotation.
- Participated in project negotiation and organized bid adjustment of bidding documents.
- Summarize the bidding experience and standardize the filing and storage of bidding documents and other relevant materials.
- Organized and guided the preparation of project cost plan and conducted preliminary review of the cost plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in electrical and mechanical engineering, engineering cost, engineering management, etc.;
- More than 8 years of bidding experience in electrical manufacturing industry, and more than 2 years of bidding department management experience;
- Familiar with products, bidding rules of electrical industry and ability to interpret and analyze bidding documents of efficient technologies;
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination ability, and clear thinking
- Able to adapt to the project and need to travel frequently.
