As a Commercial Management you will be responsible for managing and supporting service and digitalization business in commercial aspects, including optimizing business planning and forecast and sales process in Process Automation in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Business Controller, you will manage order process with high-quality, including coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and monitor the KPI.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting of budget preparation and monthly review and following up of rolling forecast including plausibility checks. Implementing sales order controlling on approval process, sales price and order backlog
  • Pricing control including annual and daily approval process control, price maintenance and discount management
  • Being responsible for service business credit control of customers according to company credit policy and for collecting receivables in due course
  • Providing professional support to business by reviewing commercial aspects and assisting with the process of drawing up contractual agreements
  • Executing risk review procedures and processes in line with global policies and standards to minimize risks and exposure
  • Assisting for setting channel management including policy and process to meet requirement of Internal control and auditing
  • Supporting business performance and decision, monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision
  • Performing ad-hoc assignment from Business Controlling Manager and LBU Controller

Your background

  • 2 years of experience in business controlling, price management or sales channel management
  • Familiar with ERP systems, MS office
  • Bachelor`s degree in economics, business management, finance or MBA
  • Fluency in English
  • Good managing and communication skills, assertive and well structured
